Initiate Your Request
Log into your wholesale account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Shipment
Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping container.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Quality Review & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
